* No returns or exchanges after 30 days

* If an items needs to be returned, return shipping is at buyer's expense
* Hats may be exchanged for a different size as long as tag is still attached & item is still in new condition only within 90 days

* No exchanges or returns on damaged jewelry or items with lost stones
Jewelry Care:
* While wearing your new jewelry DO NOT: shower, swim, excessive hand wash, wash dishes, use hand sanitizer or creams.
* Clean with soft cloth. DO NOT use silver polish or silver cleaner dip.
* As the ring is worn on the hand it means everything you do with your hands will affect the ring.
* Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. Your new car will not look the same in a week & neither will your jewelry.
* ANYTHING can affect jewelry – hence why care should be taken
* Warranties are NOT provided for damage due to normal wear, loss of stones, or loss/theft.
* NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for changes in the finish or lost stones, or bent/splt bands
* Prongs holding stones should be checked by jeweler on a regular basis.

Shipping:​
It is just me in the shipping department so items in stock will be packed usually in a day or two. Since we do not have a regular carrier pick-up, please allow a few days for me to catch the driver or take to the post office.

Orders from Ireland
It normally takes 4-6 weeks for us to receive an order from Ireland. With customs clearance & shipping times being unpredictable anymore, it may take a bit longer.
